CNAICO Held a Symposium of the Work for the Youth

Care for the youth & Serve the Youth

Recently, CNAICO specially held a symposium of the work for the youth to talk glowingly about the youth’s dreams and to think freely about the “Happy CNAICO”. Including the Secretary of the Party Committee and President Ji Xucheng, the Vice Secretary of the Party Committee Peng Mingjing, Party Committee Office, managers of HR Department, Youth League Committee members and the youth from headquarters and subsidiaries in Beijing, there were over 70 people attended.
 

 

Everybody spoke out freely to offer advice and suggestions to the development of our company in the symposium. The youth opened their hearts to exchange frankly with the feeling of working, confusion of life, career development and so on. They also gave advice to our company about the company development, business innovation and the building of enterprise culture. The company leaders and relative departments’ managers wrote down seriously and explained patiently. They also expressed that all the appeal from the youth would be implemented step by step in the following working.

President Ji said that he was very concerned with the living and working status in CNAICO and he also wanted to get the aspiration from the grassroots young people. In CNACIO, the employees with the age under 35 took 64% of all and young people were the main force in company development and also the sharers of the achievements. It would make the employees useful people in the career of building “Happy CNAICO” only with the coordinate development between individual and organization. He pointed that CNACIO should train the youth talents, make opportunities to growth, strengthening the building of the organization of the Youth League and make communication mechanism with young people normalization.
This symposium was the start of the CNAICO “Red May” activity and it would be the climax of CNAICO youth activities in May. It made a good start to a series works of “Care for the youth and serve the youth”.

President Ji also made three demands to the young people. First of all, cherish the work and work with heart. Secondly, be stick to the duties and down to earth. Thirdly, make individual grow up and prime in the job. He called on the young people to make career aspirations realistic with company’s development through practicing the working policy which is being united and diligent, being realistic and innovational, and being high-quality and high-efficient. All the attending young people were encouraged and expressed one after another that they would work harder and make contribution to our company’s development with their sweat and wisdom.
