CIAME 2013 Made its Debut in Qingdao UIACO Succeeded as its First Main Operator

From October 26th to 28th, the biggest Agricultural Machinery Exhibition in Asia called China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition 2013 ( CIAME 2013）was held grandly in Qingdao International EXPO. Beijing Unite-Idea Advertising Company (UIACO), which was affiliated with CNAICO, succeeded in service and management of 200,000㎡and 1800 exhibitors as the main operator. This has been the biggest project as the main operator so far for UIACO.
 
CIAME 2013 owned exhibition area of 200,000 ㎡and1800 booths, with 200,000 visitors and 10 high-end events. Its exhibits covered the production, circulation, use and management of agricultural machinery. CIAME 2013 was well-known for “World famous big exhibition of agricultural machinery”, “The biggest agricultural machinery exhibition in Asia”, “The Canton Fair in the area of agricultural machinery”. 
 
The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the government officials from Asian-Pacificregion, and the business leaders attended the exhibition.


As the main operator of the CIAME 2013, after one month well-preparation, UIACO got over all difficulties, enhanced the overall quality of the exhibition, and presented a new look for the professional agricultural machinery exhibition. UIACO also speeded up the progress of high quality and internationalization, which was highly appraised by the organizer as “a competent staff team”.
 
CIAME 2013 was well known for its large size, big number of exhibits and complexity of the current situation of exhibition. CIAME 2013 included 10 indoor halls and an area of 100,000㎡outdoor exhibition area. Not only was large in its space, but also had a complex terrain, especially for the outdoor booths which were built on the sand with an area of 60,000㎡. For the UIACO, it constituted many challenges, such as how to reasonably arrange the exhibition area on the irregular sector region, how to draw the line on the soft sand, how to made overall plans and coordinated well among many types of organizations, such as international organizations, big enterprises, private enterprises.
   
The challenges and opportunities never coexist. UIACO made meticulous preparation and coordinated well as a high cohesive team under the leadership of its parent company CNAICO. The most crucial and trick task was the security of the exhibition area. UIACO offered its clients a series of professional, standardized, meticulous, scientific and personalized service, directed by offering good service.
 
Although new situations have not experienced before, they have won their approval and honor. The exhibitors reflected that the exhibition was well-ordered, clean and secure. The constructor said a well-organized exhibition would bring them more and more opportunities. One exhibitor from international brand appraised that the service was desirable and the professional team was trustworthy.
   
During the ten days of management of exhibition, the leader from the main organizer said that they was touched by the professionalism and their work attitudes, thus felt confident about the internationalization of the agricultural machinery exhibition.
 
During the exhibition, President Ji Xuecheng attended the opening ceremony and made an inspection tour of the exhibition. During the tour, President Ji Xuecheng mainly reviewed the details of security measures and gave requirement and guidance. He also asked about the work and life of staffs from the UIACO and highly appraised their professional dedication for work. He pointed out, according to the three-year plan of the company, CIAME 2013 was the breakthrough gained after they have turned their focus onto the exhibition industry, which was significant for its strategy.
