The China (Guangzhou) International CNC Machine Tool Fair and Automation & Automotive Manufacturing Equipment Show Successfully Launched

       The fair was held on August 27-29 and covered 20,000 square meters in floor area, with nearly 200 exhibitors including domestic leading enterprises such as Hexagon, Guangzhou CNC Equipment (GSK) and Shenyang Machine Tool (SMTCL), as well as foreign exhibitors such as DURR and Dantsin. In addition, institution participants include Foshan Machinery and Equipment Industry Association (FMEIA), Dongguan Cutting Tool Engineering Association (DCTEA), Tools Business Intelligence and the Lianguan Group. The expo focused on metal-cutting machine and processing tools, stamping, forming, laser processing equipment, CNC electrical control systems, measuring devices, functional unit, motor welding, spraying, robot-cutting, package manufacturing, machine automation integration and injection molding technology/equipment. This fully displays the rapid development and latest achievement of the equipment and manufacturing industry since China’s reform and opening-up.

 

       As the exhibition debut of CGMT, the fair was jointly held by the Guangzhou Municipal Government, SINOMACH and SINOMACHINT, all three working hard to make it the event of the century. The fair has been deemed as the magnet of equipment manufacturers and dealers, proactively stimulating the modification of the industrial structure of Guangzhou, as well as equipment manufacturing industrial chains in Guangdong. According to Xu Jian, “This January, SINOMACH has officially signed a Letter of Cooperative Intent of the CGMT with the Guangzhou Municipal Government, aiming to build long-term bilateral strategic cooperative ties for promoting the fair to be one of the most influential expos in Guangzhou, even in the entire country. This expo is expected to display the latest technology and product achievement in global CNC machine tool manufacture, which will definitely play an irreplaceable role in boosting communication, cooperation and industrial development.”
