        On local time Sep.18, 2017 Hannover Europe Machine Tool Expo (hereinafter referred to as EMO 2017) was successfully launched in Hannover Expo Center, German. Han Xiaojun, secretary of the communist party and general manager of SINOMACHINT accompanied Ding Hongxiang, vice general manager of SINOMACH to attend the opening ceremony and a serious of activities of EMO 2017 with Sun Haicheng, director of Foreign Trade Development Bureau of China’s Ministry of Commerce. They also met the executive director of VDW and paid a visit to numbers of world-class Machine Tool enterprises’ booths while making deep research about the overseas exhibition status of Chinese enterprises.


       EMO 2017, hosted by VDW, was a world-class Expo in global machine tool industry. This session, with a theme of ‘Intelligent Manufacture Linking System’, attracted more than 2200 exhibitors from 44 countries and covered an area of 200,000 square meters. Among this Expo, SINOMACHINT, undertook the order of Foreign Trade Development Bureau of Chinese Ministry of Commerce, hosted 2017 Machine Tool Equipment Brand Expo (Europe) and organized the Chinese exhibitors’ group (with a total coverage of more than 1000 square meters) and Chinese Machine Tool enterprises to visit the expo.  

       In the afternoon of Sep.18, Dr. Gu Qiao, Chairman of Deutsche Messe AG extended warm welcome to Ding Hongxiang’s group and introduced the status of Deutsche Messe AG in 2017 as well as the main expos they have organized. Ding Hongxiang congratulated the extraordinary achievements of Deutsche Messe AG on its foundation of 70 years’ anniversary, made detailed introduction of outstanding strengthens in the completed industrial chain of “ Production, Study, Research, Development” of SINOMACH and put forward to having complementary advantages, mutual collaboration and developing more projects between each other. Han Xiaojun exchanged views with Dr. Gu Qiao on the Expos and extended full expectations on further cooperation.


       In the morning of Sep.19, vice general manager Ding Hongxiang, together with Director Sun Haicheng and executive director of VDW, Dr. Wilfried Schäfer met Gerhardt Hahn, Minister of Germany Ministry of Economy. Ding Hongxiang congratulated the successful opening of EMO 2017, sent gratitude for bringing platform and opportunities to Chinese exhibitors and invited VDW as well as its members to visit CIMES Expo.


       In the afternoon of Sep.19, general manager Ding Hongxiang, Director Sun Haicheng and Tao Bailiang, commercial counselor of Chinese consulate in Hamburg attended the Industrial Upgrading Matching Conference of “ Chinese Manufacture 2025” and “ Germany Industry 4.0”. Ding Hongxiang pointed out in his address that confronted with the current fast-changing and rapid-updating period, it is the best approach to accelerate development by coordination, convergence, innovation and win-win. To establish more matching platforms and accelerate convergence will be splendid for the common development and mutual benefits between China and German. The completed industrial chain of “Production, Study, Research, Development” owned by SINOMACH, is the best entry point and platform in its efficient collaboration, divided & joint cooperation, convergent development. It is also a leader and stimulator of innovated development in Chinese mechanic industry. SINOMACH would like to make extensive and deep cooperation with its partners in mechanic manufacture industry and match each other in different angles and aspects, so as to take the lead in forming a batch of model projects and factories. This conference was hosted by Foreign Trade Development Bureau of Chinese Ministry of Commerce, undertook by CMECEXPO (subordinated to SINOMACHINT) and Germany Industry 4.0.
