Chairman Zhang Fusheng Attends China Aerospace Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Development Forum

       On June 27, 2018, during the 14th China International Machine Tool & Tools Exhibition, the 2018 China Aerospace Intelligent Manufacturing Technology and Industry Development High-end Forum, also known as Key Large Aircraft Manufacturing Technology and Equipment Forum (hereinafter referred to as China Aerospace Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Development Forum) was held at China International Exhibition Center (New Hall). Zhang Fusheng, the chairman of China National Machinery Industry International Co., Ltd., attended the Forum and delivered a speech, with Song Changying, the assistant to General Manager, presided over the meeting.

       Chairman Zhang Fusheng stated that aircraft manufacturing is a typical knowledge-intensive, technology-intensive and capital-intensive strategic industry featured by high technology-level, high risk and high added-value. It is an important indicator of a country’s industrialization level and economic strength. China’s large aircraft design and manufacturing project is a major strategic deployment of China’s aerospace industry, as well as a landmark project for China in building an innovative country. However, the success of the large aircraft project cannot meet China’s huge aircraft market. In addition, key areas such as new materials, airborne systems, engines, etc. all are required to rely on importation, and there are still gaps between our level and the world’s advanced level in the fields of design details, manufacturing quality, assembly technology, etc., The China Aerospace Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Development Forum, which was held under the driving force of the global “Industry 4.0” and “Made in China 2025”, has gathered experts and scholars from industries, enterprises, institutions and universities to jointly explore the improvement of domestic large aircraft manufacturing technology and equipment level and promote the development of aerospace industry.

       In addition, Chairman Zhang Fusheng also attended the release conference of the National Science and Technology Major Project Application Manual for Optimization Design and Type Selection of Functional Components of CNC Machine Tools and the type selection software.
