Workers’ Congress Deliberated upon and Passed the “Employee Performance Appraisal Management Approach of CNAICO (Tentative)”

New Initiatives of Management Enhancement

On the morning of December 18, company workers’ congress was hold, during which, general manager of human resources department, Yuanjun Zhang explained the newly revised “Employee Performance Appraisal Management Approach of CNAICO (Performance Appraisal Approach), which was deliberated upon and passed by the participating representatives of the employees. The meeting was chaired by Peng Mingjing, deputy Party secretary, secretary of discipline inspection commission and chairman of union. President Ji Xuecheng was presented at the meeting and delivered a speech, while 29 representatives of employees attended the meeting.

 

President Ji Xuecheng pointed out in his speech, that “Performance Appraisal Approach” was an important initiative to carry out comprehensive management enhancement. As an important mechanism for enterprise operating, management of employee performance appraisal would play the role of incentive and constraint, stimulating the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of all staff, and enhance their sense of responsibility and diligence to achieve healthy functioning of enterprise, that with the aim of continuously improving, the company will also adjust the assessment indicators of “Performance Appraisal Approach” accordingly based on characteristics of development stage and adjustment of development strategy in future . Delegates deliberated upon and passed “Performance Appraisal Approach”.
 
In addition , deputy secretary Peng Mingjing convey the study of implementing of the spirit of the Party's 18 meeting of SINOMACH Union and the experience exchange of the building of “the HOMES of the Workers”, introducing the “the Guideline for Founding Model HOMES of the Workers of SINOMACH” as well. Meanwhile, delegates deliberated upon “Provision on New Employees of CNAICO Applying for Joining the Union(Draft)” and Provision on Condolences of CNAICO Employees(draft)” of the union.
