From Oct. 22 to 25, the final judgement meeting of National Professional Standards of Automobile Marketing and Post-Marketing held in Xuzhou. The National Professional Standards of Automobile-Business Specialist and Automobile-Service Specialist which were established by China Automotive Industry Talented Personnel Exchange Center (CAITPEC) had passed the final judgement of specialists.

The final judgement meeting was sponsored by CNAICO together with Occupational Skill Testing Authority of Machinery Industry (OSTAMI) and undertook by CAITPEC. Zhao Shuangjun, CFO of CNAICO, Shi Zhongguang, Vice President of Research Institute of Machinery Industry Economic & Management (RIMIEM) and Deputy Director of OSTAMI, and Zhang Yuanjun, Director of CAITPEC attended the meeting. Over 50 specialists and scholars from domestic automobile enterprises, administration departments, automobile-related schools and related organizations joined the meeting. In the two-day meeting, specialists went over the standard and offered several amendments. CAITPEC would revise the standard by these opinions and submit to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of People’s Republic of China through OSTAMI.

CFO Zhao Shuangjun emphasized the important meaning of the edit of national professional standards in his address. He pointed out that the edit work was a non-profit undertaking with economic and social benefits. The specialists used this platform to discuss the topic of high-skilled talents training in the level of profession, innovation and foresight, summarizing and achieving a consensus. It would push the innovation and development of automobile talents’ training, evaluating and using, making contributions to the sustainable development and transformation of the automobile industry of China.

Vice Director Shi Zhongguang explained the Establishment Formulation of National Professional Standards in detail, and spoke highly of the efforts that CAITPEC made. The finishing of this standard marked the professional standard of automobile marketing and post-market had risen to a new status. Director Zhang Yuanjun introduced the working mode of the two professional standards, and explained the working plan in the three years.

Director Zhang Yuanjun mentioned that CAITPEC would take these two standards as an opportunity to integrate all the resource, combine the practical needs of auto industry with advanced concept of talents training as well as experience in everyday work with wisdom of experts. CAITPEC would promote the standards step by step in auto industry and built a practical, applicable, advanced and scientific system of examining and training high-level talents.

The establishment of National Professional Standards of Automobile-Business Specialist and Automobile-Service Specialist would support the development of Chinese automobile industry.
