RoboIMEX 2019 & South China International Industry Fair Held in Guangzhou

       Hosted by Sinomach and Co-organized by Sinomach Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. and the China National Electric Apparatus Research Institute Co., Ltd., the 2019 China (Guangzhou) International Robot & Intelligent Manufacturing Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as RoboIMEX2019) & South China International Industry Fair was held at the exhibition hall of the China Import and Export Fair in Guangzhou on November 30.

      With an exhibition floor covering more than 100,000 square meters, the exhibition attracted more than 1,200 exhibitors and more than 150,000 visitors and reached a total trade volume of several billion yuan. The exhibition has developed into a well-known brand exhibition in domestic industrial manufacturing, as well as a bridge for domestic and foreign equipment manufacturing enterprises to display advanced technology, seek cooperation and explore the international market. As the domestic manufacturing industry is facing a critical period of transformation and upgrading into “industry 4.0” and transitioning into a high-end intelligent equipment manufacturing industry, it is of great importance for the implementation of “Made in China 2025”, “The Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” and other major national strategies. In addition, the exhibition is set to play a key role in the strategy of transforming China’s manufacturing, the acceleration of the upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry in the Greater Bay Area, the implementation of the five development concepts (innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing), and the development of the Greater Bay Area.

       With the theme of “Intelligent Manufacturing: Ongoing Future”, the Fair focused on intelligence, environmental-friendliness and services. Exhibits included industrial robots, special robots, service robots, entertainment robots, unmanned aerial vehicles, intelligent wearable products, robot development platforms and software technologies, robot functional parts and components, robot applications and intelligent factory complete solutions, 3D printing and related products, high-end products and emerging technologies concerning intelligent equipment and manufacturing technologies.

       The exhibitors were top enterprises in domestic and foreign industries, including Sinomach, China XD Group Co., LTD., NII, the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Sinomach, Risong, Borche, GRI, Mingsen, Hexin, Xpeng, Zhongshe Qifan, and Changren. The exhibits displayed the latest and most representative technical achievements in intelligent manufacturing, creating an industrial standard of robots, intelligent equipment and manufacturing technology.

       To better serve the exhibitors and attract professional visitors, the Organizing Committee hosted the “2019 China Robot Industry Innovation Forum”, the “China Internet of Things CXO Summit in Guangzhou”, the “industrial internet platform empowering the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry”, the “Interpretation of Guangzhou 2020 Industrial and Information Policy and Promotion Meeting of Industrial Enterprises’ Technological Transformation Policy”, the “2019 Guangdong 3D Printing Industry Application Summit Forum”, the “2019 Robot and Key Parts Detection and Certification Technology Forum”, the “Manufacturing Industry Innovation Session”, the “2019 Intelligent Manufacturing and Industrial Ecology Summit Forum”, the “Intelligent Manufacturing Investment Fair” and others.

       It has been reported that the 2020 China (Guangzhou) International Robot & Intelligent Manufacturing Exhibition & South China International Industry Fair will be held at the exhibition hall of the China Import and Export Fair from August 6-8.
