2013 College-Enterprise Collaboration Seminar on Automotive Industry Marketing and Aftermarket Talented Personnel Development Held in Nanchang

Sponsoredby China Automotive Industry Talented Personnel Exchange Center, “2013 College-Enterprise Collaboration Seminaron Automotive Industry Marketing and Aftermarket Talented Personnel Development” was held from Oct. 18th to 19th, in Nanchang. Jiangxi Institute of Technology organized the event.

This seminar was designed to promote the training model of working-learning combination, college-enterprise collaboration and internship in vocational education, to advocate the establishment of market-oriented and diversified forms of Industry-Academy-Research strategic alliance, under the guidance of government and with enterprises as the main body, to explore effective path for improving working-learning combination and college-enterprise collaboration, in a bid to integrate the resources of enterprises with those of the schools and to build an industry-university-research platform, on which schools and enterprises link, share resources, carry out win-win cooperation and common development. 

Peng Mingjing, Deputy Secretary of CNAICO Party Committee and Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, Shi Zhongguang, Vice President of Research Institute of Machinery Industry Economic and Management and Vice Director of Occupational Skill Testing Authority of Machinery Industry, Sun Yi, Director Assistant, Hu Jianfeng, Vice President of Jiangxi University of Technology, Huang Huiling, Vice Secretary of Party Committee and Vice President, Lan Gongcheng, CFO and many leaders attended the meeting. Leaders from automobile industry aftermarket leading enterprises such as Sinomach Automobile Co., Ltd, Pang Da Automobile Trade Co., Ltd, more than 20 colleges and universities related to automobile industry attended the meeting. Zhang Yuanjun, Manager of CNAICO HR Department and Director of China Automotive Industry Talented Personnel Exchange Center presided over the meeting.

During the seminar, reports were made by Occupational Skill Testing Authority of Machinery Industry, Pang Da Automobile Trade Co., Ltd, Jiangxi University of Technology and Automobile Industry Aftermarket Research Center. Attendees spoke enthusiastically and gave some constructive suggestions on Automobile Industry Aftermarket Talented Personnel Development, Occupation Skill Appraisal, School-Enterprise Collaboration Order Mechanism, Internship and Career Guidance, Special Project Training for Automobile Model and so on. 

The qualification Awarded Ceremony for the first appraisal sites of automobile industry marketing and aftermarket was held during the seminar. There were totally 7 work units such us Pang Da, Zheng Da Fu Tong, Jilin Railway, Changchun Occupation and so on, officially authorized to work on Occupation Skill Appraisal in Automobile marketing and aftermarket industry. It marked that Occupation Skill Appraisal in Automobile marketing and aftermarket industry promoted by China Automotive Industry Talented Personnel Exchange Center was in full swing. It was a milestone for high-skilled talent training in automobile industry marketing and aftermarket.

Additionally, the seminar included an illustration meeting of China’s New Automobile Model Talent Training Project which was open facing the students and teachers from departments of automobile, arts, clothing, flight attendants and music and dance in Jiangxi University of Technology. It was reported that the joint training course for automobile models had been started already by China Automotive Industry Talented Personnel Exchange Center and Jiangxi University of Technology and the recruiting working was moving forward smoothly.

Before the seminar’s opening, Yu Guo, Chairman of board of Jiangxi University of Technology met with Peng Mingjing, Vice Secretary of CNAICO Party Committee and Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, and others from CNAICO. They exchanged opinions of strengthening cooperation between each other and reached a consensus to promoting five cooperative projects based on the strategic cooperation step by step.
