The training class of national professional skills identification and assessment for the industry of automobiles marketing and after-market of automob

From April 17^th to April 18^th, the first training class in 2013 called the national professional skills identification and assessment for the industry of automobiles marketing and after-market of automobiles was held in Beijing hosted by China Automotive Industry Talented Personnel Exchange Center. The professors from the automobile-related universities and 50 experts working on professional skills identification and assessment from the enterprises in the industry of after-market of automobiles took part in this training class. The vice-president Qiao Gong, the director Liu Juan of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security attended the opening ceremony.

 

During the two days of the training classes, the director Liu Juan from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the manager of the Human Resources of CNAICO, the deputy director of the division center of the industry of automobile marketing and after-market of automobiles of the Professional Skills Identification of Machinery Industry Zhang Yuanjun, the director of the Professional Skills Identification and Guidance Center Shi Zhongguang, the deputy director of the Professional Skills Identification and Guidance Center Sun Yi all gave lessons to the students. The content was the introduction of the technique of professional identification skills, the practice and innovation of the work for professional skills identification in the industry of the automobile marketing and after-market, the current situation of machinery industry developing the professional skills identification, the working system of the professional skills identification in the machinery industry, the regulations and policies of the professional skills identification in the machinery industry, the management regulations of the sites of professional skills identification.
 
This training class was of vital importance in carrying on the further work of professional skills identification in the industry of national automobile marketing and after-market of automobiles, in building a highly qualified team of identification and assessment, and in guaranteeing the quality of the professional skills identification. Simultaneously, it also laid a solid foundation for the arrangement of the later identification work and layout of the sites of identification for the professional skills identification in the industry of national automobile marketing and after-market of automobiles.
