Two exhibitions held in Shijiazhuang to jointly create high-quality international automobile exhibitions in North China

       The "2019 China (Shijiazhuang) International New Energy and Intelligent Automobile Exhibition" was sponsored by Shijiazhuang Municipal People's Government, and China Machinery Industry International Cooperation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sinomachint). The "Hebei (7th) Automobile Culture Festival" was co-sponsored by Sinomachint and Hebei Radio and TV Station (Group). The two exhibitions were held in Shijiazhuang to jointly create high-quality international automobile exhibitions in North China.

 

       The exhibition are covers more than 60,000 square meters. More than 80 domestic and foreign automobile brands, new energy and intelligent automobile brands, and automobile part vendors participated in the exhibition. More than 600 new vehicles were on display, and the exhibition area was divided into independent brand pavilion, imported brand pavilion, new energy and intelligent automobile pavilion, comprehensive brand pavilion, outdoor exhibition area, and outdoor automobile test drive area. Major brands such as Rolls-Royce, Maserati, Porsche, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, etc., presented their strongest lineup, offering Shijiazhuang residents a veritable feast of automobile culture. In addition, NIO, Tesla, Chery New Energy, Geely New Energy, GAC New Energy, BAIC New Energy and other domestic and foreign mainstream new energy and intelligent connected vehicle brands were present in the New Energy Automobile Exhibition Hall, enabling visitors to gain a more comprehensive understanding of new energy technologies and experience green travel based on new energy.

 

       At the same time, organizers paid attention to the audience's participation experience. They were committed to making Shijiazhuang residents fully experience the wonderful life as well as convenience and fun brought by intelligent automobile technology. The exhibition was also held in conjunction with the "Shijiazhuang (Zhengding) International Commodities Fair, China" (hereafter referred to as Zhengding Fair). The six-day Zhengding Fair showcased various imported commodities from more than a dozen countries such as Asia, Europe, and ASEAN. Furthermore, there were also special cultural and sports activities such as Zhengding Beer Music Festival, cool ancient city auto show, Zhengding Kite Festival, tours around the ancient city in foreign vehicles, Beijing Opera performance, etc., enabling the residents to appreciate the unique traditional flavor and feel the unique and novel culture. The unique integration of tradition and fashion presented a novel exhibition experience. 

 

       According to the organizing committee statistics, this year’s automobile exhibition received over 180,000 visitors and 2,978 automobiles were sold on site, with a total turnover of RMB396.8 million. As one of the largest automobile fairs in North China in the first half of this year, the popularity and sales transaction at the automobile exhibition led all other automobile exhibitions during the same period in North China, fully demonstrating the new atmosphere of Shijiazhuang’s booming automobile market. 

 

       This exhibition has always adhered to the purpose of "promoting economic growth, enhancing scientific and technological progress, stimulating automobile consumption and ensuring a prospering automobile culture". It has always paid attention to the new direction of the automobile market, fully leveraging the government, central enterprises and the provincial media, and has created a high-quality, high-scale, and high-level diversified automobile exhibition for Shijiazhuang.
