CNAICO Leaders Visited Geneva Motor Show and Accessories

Invited by the organizing committee of International Geneva Motor Show and Accessories, CNAICO president Liu Jingzhen, vice president Jing Yongjian visited the 80^th International Geneva Motor Show and Accessories in Geneva, Switzerland, with executives from FAW Volkswagen, Dongfeng Nissan, Shanghai GM and other domestic vehicle manufacturing enterprises. President Liu and vice president Jing met with the executives of the organizing committee of Geneva Motor Show and the two sides discussed about strategic cooperation.

 

During the meeting, Liu congratulated to his counterpart on the success of the Geneva Motor Show. He said, Geneva Motor Show has been leading the direction of advance of global auto industry with a neutral attitude. As one of the organizers of Beijing International Automotive Exhibition, CNAICO hopes to enhance communication with the organizing committee of Geneva Motor Show and actively conduct strategic cooperation to build better platform for the exhibition of global auto industry.

Mr. Rudolf, director of the organizing committee and president of Geneva Palexpo introduced the history and organization of the Geneva Motor Show. He said, the scale and level of Beijing Automotive Exhibition have been improved a lot, and with rapid development, Beijing Auto Exhibition has become an important force of the international auto exhibition, the organizing committee of Geneva Motor Show would like to have cooperation with CNAICO to provide more possibilities and chances for auto exhibitions.

President Liu invited the Mr. Rudolf to attend the coming 11^th Beijing International Automotive Exhibition.

The exhibition area of the 80^th Geneva Motor Show is 78,000 square meters. Some 700,000 visitors thronged through exhibition halls of Palexpo during the 11 days it opened to the public. About 10,000 media representatives from all over the world made extensive coverage of the show. Initiated from 1905, Geneva International Motor Show has been renowned for a long history and the great number of concept and premiere models ever displayed during each sessions, and it is considered to be the best meeting place for auto industry.
