Business Management Department ’S Going Out to Study Aiming at Enhancing the Management Level

To improve and innovate methods of work, enhance the management level, March 18, Yu Jia, general manager of business management department of CNAICO with the department staff, was "Going Out" to visit China IPPR International Engineering Company , a brother company of the group . Hao Sun, head of comprehensive management department of China IPPR and Zheng Zhaomei, head of asset finance department of China IPPR introduced the basic situation of the company and management practice. The two sides exchanged idea on risk management, contract management, marketing, and business statistics.

“Management Enhancement” of our company is entering the second phase - special enhancement with coordinate promotion. According to the arrangement and requirement of leading group of “Management Enhancement” of our company , this phase should mainly focus on strategic management , operation management, investment management , comprehensive budget management, human resource management, asset and financial management , integrated logistics management , risk management , security production management , management information, and party building management. The whole staffs of business management department went out to visit and study, exchange and learn from other’s experience, which has brought a good start for carrying out the second phase of Management Enhancement deeply.
