On November 16th, HR Department cooperating with China Automotive Training Center started business etiquette training in the fifth-story conference room, which is one of China Automotive international staff professional quality training series.

Huang Yanlei, trainer of the training center, according to the requirements of actual work in the Trading Department, separately made vivid and detailed explanations to four vital Business Etiquettes, which were Ritual Etiquette, Manners Etiquette, Office Etiquette and Official Reception Etiquette.

Although it was only two hours, the staffs also benefited a lot from the training course for its rich contents and accessible operability, which covered from the concept of business etiquette effect, “the first impression" to some practical demonstrations, such as how to shake hands, exchange business cards and good posture. Meanwhile, the staffs also said the above contents were problems which often encountered in daily work. Through this training, they could understand and master all kinds of etiquette during the business occasions and the process of interpersonal communication and became more confidence and behaved more appropriately in the future of business contacts, so as to build a good occupational image.

According to the 2012 Annual Training Plan arranged by company’s HR Department at the beginning of the year, apart from enhancing staff’s working skills as well as strengthening the cohesion of the department, this training also aimed at selecting excellent trainer and issuing Trainer Certificate to qualified ones who were organized to attend professional training. Earlier, organized by the HR Department, Huang Yanlei also gave training courses to employees, and earned a good response. This is her second time training.
