2012 CNAICO Summary and Commendation Congress Held

On February 4, all the staffs of CNAICO gathered together, holding 2012 CNAICO summary and commendation congress. In this congress, CNAICO summarized the work in 2012, as well as arranged the work in 2013. Also, the outstanding departments and individuals of the past year had been awarded. This congress shed light on the road of CNAICO’s development and innovation in 2013. Jing Yongjian, vice President of CNAICO, hosted the congress.

 

Ji Xuecheng, President and Director Secretary of CPC of CNAICO, presented the work report titled seeking progress in stability, exploring and innovating in a pioneering spirit, struggling to building the happiness CNAICO. In the report, he pointed out that the year 2013 was the first year of the three-year development plan of CNAICO, we should comprehensively implement the spirit of 18th CPC National Congress and SINOMACH working conference; focus on the three-year plan, grasp the overarching message of seeking progress in stability and growing in quality. We should also accelerate the building of core competence system; intensify the efforts on market exploitation; strengthen the overall risk management; develop company through talented team and enhance the scientific management of the company in overall levels. Only if fulfilling all of these could CNAICO go up to a new stage.

When mentioned the focus of 2013, President Ji Xuecheng said, in the field of business operation, we should revise and improve the performance evaluation mechanism; stabilize, subtilize, strengthen and largen the business; intensify the efforts on market exploitation; impel the strategy of integrate and co-development of exhibition and trade; tighten risk control. In the field of company management, we should improve the corporate government and establish modern enterprise system; develop the core competencies; strengthen company through talented team; carry out the all-side budget management; improve the performance evaluation and reward mechanism, deepen and widen the work of management promotion. As well as in the field of Party building and the construction of corporate culture, the comprehensively implementation of the spirit of 18th CPC National Congress, the building of leading group and contingent of cadres and the building of CPC Party work style and clean government were three important aspects to forge CNAICO’s corporate culture and soft power.

President Ji Xuecheng emphasized that, as the year 2013 was the first year of the three-year development plan of CNAICO, there are four requirements which should be always keep in mind. First, the overarching message of seeking progress in stability and growing in quality should be firmly grasped; second, the annual core work and three-year development plan should be firmly focused; third, the words Empty talk is useless, only hard work can achieve the revival of a company should be firmly remembered, we should build the first-class executive ability and fulfill the development of CNAICO by hardworking and surefooted; forth, anti-corruption should be firmly persisted in, we should strengthen the work style construction.

Zhang Fusheng, Chairman of CNAICO posted an important speech in the congress. He conveyed the spirit of 2013 SINOMACH working conference. Meanwhile, on behalf of the Board, he affirmed the achievements got in 2013. When talked about the year 2013, Chairman Zhang Fusheng pointed that the work report should be carried out strictly and firmly. First, a good start was very important. We should comprehensively implement the three-year development plan, strengthen the executive ability and develop CNAICO healthily and sustainably. Second, we should put emphasis on collaboration; develop systematically, integrally and harmoniously; coordinate the strategy and business, business and business. Third, we should concentrate on the evaluation of EVA, instead of the operation revenue. Fourth, we should change the work style, try to find and change the problems in the work style, lay stress on the consciousness of overall situation, responsibility and problem. Fifth, we should develop CNAICO relying on staffs, work hard on the building of talented team, clear up the tunnel for the talented and be people-oriented as well as fair and justicial.

In order to let the goal of 2013 down to earth, the congress held a ceremony to sign the business goal responsibility for 2013, in which President Ji Xuecheng signed the responsibility together with every unit heads. Although the responsibility means a heavy task, all the unit heads said confidently that they can achieve the goals and targets with their all efforts.

Without the support of the cooperator, without the outstanding achievements and effective managements of advanced units, without the hardworking and fighting of advanced individuals, CNAICO could not get such a splendid year. To inspire the cooperators and staffs, CNAICO ranked several excellent cooperators as well as advanced units and individuals, presented awards together with congratulations by company leaders.

In 2012, although the international and domestic situations were very grim, CNAICO focused on business-undertook, insisting on the six-words working guidelines, which was unity and diligent, practical and innovative, high-quality and efficient. Though the hardworking of all the staffs, CNAICO achieved the target of seeking progress in stability, got breakthrough in operation revenue, total profit and EVA, and over fulfill the evaluation target of SINOMACH. The holding of 2012 CNAICO summary and commendation congress lighted the road, ensured the general train of thought, as well as presented the specific target of CNAICO in 2013. All the staffs would work as the requirements of Chairman Zhang Fusheng and President Ji Xuecheng, insisted on the six-words working guidelines, fighting and dedicative, achieving new target and get new breakthrough, leaping to a new stage and struggling for the more bright future of CNAICO.
